In case of loss, theft, or force majeure, we are not responsible for replacement or refund; in such cases, Correos de Costa Rica is responsible for the custody and delivery of your package.

If the customer provides incorrect shipping information, they must cover any additional re-shipping costs.
6. Cancellations and Returns

Returns are accepted within 48 hours of receiving the product, provided it is in its original packaging, unused, with intact tags, and accompanied by the original invoice.

Only one exchange per order is allowed; subsequent exchanges will not be processed.

If the exchanged product is of lower value than the original purchase, the store will not refund the difference but will credit the amount for a future purchase.

The customer assumes the cost of return shipping.
